The Learned Society of Wales is supporting the c.800–c.1800 Welsh Manuscripts Conference, 20 – 22 June in Aberystwyth.

This conference will be held jointly by the University of Wales Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies and the National Library of Wales to celebrate the publication of A Repertory of Welsh Manuscripts and Scribes, c.800-c.1800 by Daniel Huws FLSW. The plenary speakers will be Ceridwen Lloyd-Morgan FLSW, Bernard Meehan, and Paul Russell.

Attendance bursary for postgraduate researchers

Postgraduate researchers may apply to the Learned Society of Wales for bursaries towards their attendance costs (registration fees only). Candidates must be registered on a postgraduate course. Candidates must not hold a full-time academic position at the time of the award.
